Angel investing can be challenging due to the uncertainty of the early ventures with high risks. However, with good disciplines and clear goals, the process can be inspiring and rewarding. Trans-Pacific Angel Conference is a 12-week event of learning-by-doing to help you build the foundation for your investment thesis, and extend your network to reach broader audience.
Angel investing can come in different forms. Trans-Pacific Angel Conference uses an even-based angel investment format. From a group of startups participating in the conference, a group of angels go through certain processes to choose a winning startup to invest in. In addition to the 12-week conference itself, there are many learning seminars and webinars share by subject-matter experts year round.
Learning angle investment can be time consuming and demanding certain skillsets. Trans-Pacific Angel Conference uses a group setting to encourage conversation and teamwork among investors as well as entrepreneurs. While time involved varies among participants as there is no mandatory participation requirement, it is recommended to reserve about 8 to 16 hours per week for meetings and studies.
